Where do you ship from?
We work with several trusted logistics partners in the United States and abroad to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Depending on the product and stock availability, your order may be shipped from one of our partner warehouses.
Will all my items arrive together?
Not always. To ensure the quickest delivery, some products may be shipped separately if they come from different fulfillment centers. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Why does my package look different or come from another warehouse?
We collaborate with multiple logistics providers to guarantee timely delivery. Packaging may vary slightly depending on the warehouse location, but the product quality and authenticity remain the same.
Do you include invoices or receipts in the package?
Occasionally, our logistics partners may include a standard invoice inside the parcel. This can happen depending on the warehouse handling your order. At Yazahra, our focus is to source high-quality products at the best possible prices to make the spa experience accessible to more people. Your digital receipt will always be sent directly by email.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–9 business days (U.S.). Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the destination and warehouse used.
